It eliminates the need to contact drivers for status updates, etc., and can store various invoices, such as fuel receipts and proof of delivery, all in one place. Here we use a universal fleet card that helps drivers and fleet managers pay for and track maintenance and repairs so that all parties are confident that the assets will perform as they should when the time comes. This also aids in communicating with drivers in real-time when drivers engage in driving events like speeding, harsh braking, etc., and would help us understand the best and worst performing drivers. Fleet management can provide either predictive or preventative maintenance that keeps vehicles in circulation.

  • Fuel Management: Fuel management is important; using the previous data collected from the GPS location, the maps can be rerouted in such a way that the fuel usage is optimised. Apart from this, fuel management plays an important role as the cost of fuel always fluctuates.

  • Route Monitoring: Will often plan routes for optimal efficiency. By combining GPS tracking data with telematics, precise map routes that reduce time and fuel consumption can be constructed.

  • Optimise vehicle management: The vehicles should be maintained properly. So that there won't be any issues when the vehicles 

  • Controlling cost: we need to analyse the relevant data about their fleet and find ways to improve efficiencies and costs.

  • Fleet management software: Software is evolving, so the application used for this should evolve continuously.

  • Health and safety: Developing and implementing health and safety policies as well as keeping driver records up to date.
